This is in addition to wide industrial experience in sales and marketing with varied industries: petroleum marketing, oleochemicals and palm oil industries.

Possess professional Chartered Institute Of Marketing post-graduate degree, United Kingdom, and post-graduate DMS (Diploma In Management Studies), United Kingdom. These academic degrees support the wide experience in property management in terms of increasing my capacity in planning for better facilities management. They provide a deeper understanding of the basic and more complex issues found in property management.

Ability to deliver a comprehensive package of standard operating procedures, monthly Receipts and Payments Accounts, periodic Management Committee Meetings’ agendas/minutes, arrange for Extraordinary/Annual General Meetings, Key Performance Indexes in Defaulters management, cashflow, receivables, security, and collections.

Finally, we value personalized service by going the extra mile in ensuring facilities and common areas are up to expectations in terms of good housekeeping practices, compliance with strata laws, and safety standards. The employment of needed machines to increase efficiency may be considered wherever possible to enhance overall improvements.
